• A CityTribe is a small group of people who have decided to actively pursue the Kingdom of God together. We are joined together by passion and vision. We are at once a family and an army. We are the new barbarians, refusing to be assimilated by the popular culture of this age or have their faith domesticated by lifeless Christian traditions. We seek to live life to its fullest in passionate pursuit of both personal destiny and corporate purpose, creating life and destroying death at every opportunity.

• Each member of a CityTribe realizes the frailty of independence and thus chooses to walk in covenantal unity with their tribal family in pursuit of destiny, learning and loving life in the spirit of togetherness. In this way we receive the blessings of true discipleship, simultaneously being mentored while mentoring others in an environment where practical application of life-giving truth is continually encouraged and celebrated.

• We acknowledge the utter failure of popular Christian culture to accurately represent Jesus Christ to a world that does not know Him. We take personal responsibility to bring the culture of Heaven to earth and extend His rule and reign and into every segment of society. Our strategy includes infiltration of the marketplace by servant leaders who walk in integrity, demonstrate excellence, and forcefully challenge the ruling powers of darkness by speaking the truth with love.

• CityTribes has developed proprietary, cutting edge technology that is strategically designed to help each individual maximize our divine-human potential and to facilitate global communications with the rest of the CityTribes network. Our influence will increase exponentially as our network grows and the power of shared resources and revelation find rapid deployment through real-time global connections with the real-life CityTribes family.

•We embrace the 7 Mountains Mandate/Strategy as a model of social transformation. We see the marketplace as our primary mission field and seek to gain influence in each of the power centers of culture – Family, Religion, Education,  Government, Media, Arts & Entertainment, and Business.  We are developing educational materials to help individuals live purposely, fusing passion and vision with proper equipping in order to expand their personal influence in the marketplace. Additionally, we are harnessing the power of technology and the new media to connect sphere-centric tribes to one another in order to maximize Kingdom influence in each mountain and establish righteousness, justice and peace in the earth.

• Our vision is immense and will take generations to realize. We do not pretend to have all the answers, nor are we elitist or condescending towards other ministries. We are utterly dependent upon God and the power of His Spirit to accomplish our objective, which is to see His Kingdom come and His will to be done in our families, our cities, and our nations. We will not be content until we see complete societal transformation and a world where people are truly free to live in the fullness of love, peace and joy, and righteousness and justice fills the land.

To this end, we have created a model of spiritual community and discipleship that brings the life-changing power of the Kingdom of God into the everyday lives of those who are seeking to know God and His ways.  We are actively seeking new leaders who wish to form tribes, or pastors who wish to add the power of the CityTribe model and resources to their church.
